Processing time of the shipment

All orders received before 00:00 EST will be processed within 1-7 business days. No orders are dispatched or delivered on weekends and public holidays.

If the order volume is high, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Once your product is shipped, delivery takes between 1-7 days. UPS, DHL, CANADA POST and other shipping services are used for shipping.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking


You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Customs duties, duties, and taxes

All duties, levies, and taxes are prepaid. The costs stated on the website are the final price you pay for your product.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that there will be 25% restocking fee for all accetable returnable items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, customer should take a responsiblity on returning shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as Petree auto cat litter box and Homerun Pet Dryer Box).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
